Frank Emeruwa is a highly experienced and accomplished senior executive in the Oil & Gas sector, with over 24 years of expertise across multinational and independent operators, as well as oilfield service company. Before joining Levene, he held key leadership positions with major companies including Shell, Lonestar Drilling, Chevron, and Sahara Energy. He has a proven track record of driving growth and optimizing operations, with a focus on field development, project management, supply chain optimization, and technical advisory. He has consulted for several marginal field operators, providing expertise in field re-entry and development programs.

In his tenure as Associate Technical Director at Lonestar Drilling, Mr. Emeruwa played a pivotal role in the company's expansion, growing its service portfolio from one to seven drilling contracts. His leadership was instrumental in acquiring 5% participating interest in OPL135, two 2000hp land rigs and three 2000hp swamp rigs, and significantly contributing to the organization's success. At Chevron, he served as Senior Project Advisor, providing critical technical and commercial support to the Agbami deepwater development projects with a peak production of 280,000bopd. Additionally, he held the roles of Chief Operations Officer and General Manager at Sahara Energy, where he was key to developing the Oki-Oziegbe field from a greenfield project with zero production to a successful 7,500bopd operation, Negotiation of BG/SHELL divestment from OPL 284/286. the initiation and operationalization of the OML 11 Financial Technical Services Agreement (FTSA). His leadership of the Rigshare committee for the Nigerian Upstream Cost Optimization Program (NUCOP), an initiative of NNPCL, helped establish the industry-wide Rigshare program.

Mr. Emeruwa holds a Master of Science in Operations & Supply Chain Management from the University of Liverpool, a Master of Philosophy in Environmental Management and post-graduate in Petrochemical Engineering from the University of Rivers State, and an honorary doctorate degree from Chosen Life Christian University. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (UK), a Fellow of the Africa Center for Supply Chain, a member of the Institute of Procurement and Supply, UK, and a Project Management Professional. His diverse academic and professional qualifications, coupled with his extensive experience, position him as a leading expert in the energy sector, committed to driving sustainable growth and operational excellence in Levene.
