Frank Emeruwa has had a distinguished career in the energy sector, characterized by his leadership, technical expertise, and strategic vision. He holds a Master of Science in Operations and Supply Chain Management from the University of Liverpool, United Kingdom, and a Master of Philosophy in Environmental Engineering Management from Rivers State University of Science and Technology, Port Harcourt, Rivers State. Frank is also a Chartered Member (MCIPS) of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply, UK, a Fellow (FACSC) of the Africa Centre for Supply Chain, a Fellow (FCILT) of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport, UK, and a Project Management Professional.

Frankโ€™s remit while at Levene involves steering the Upstream & Engineering Division towards achieving its strategic goals. His focus will be on enhancing the divisions operational capabilities, generating new business opportunities, driving innovation, and ensuring the successful execution of the groupโ€™s upstream and engineering projects.
