Most recently, Levene Energies, working with a strategic consortium, has completed the acquisition of Axxela Nigeria Limited, a major gas distribution company in Nigeria. This is a landmark transaction expected to strengthen national energy infrastructure and expand access to cleaner, more reliable energy solutions.
As Chairman of LPV Technologies, he leads one of Nigeria’s most innovative renewable-energy manufacturing companies. LPV Technologies has invested significantly to establish a state-of-the-art 100 MW solar panel manufacturing plant in Nigeria, a transformative industrial project that was primarily self-funded through revenue generated by Levene Energies, achieved without reliance on credit lines or loans from financial institutions. This milestone underscores not only his commitment to strengthening Nigeria’s renewable energy value chain but also his ability to deliver large-scale, commercially viable green infrastructure through disciplined financial stewardship.
Under his guidance, LPV Technologies has further achieved a historic breakthrough by commencing the export of Nigeria-made solar panels to Ghana, with plans underway to scale distribution across West Africa. This development marks a significant step in positioning Nigeria as a major contributor to the regional clean-energy supply chain.
Beyond these leadership roles, Nzan Ogbe sits on the boards of several corporate organizations, including Axxela Nigeria Limited, Shefa Engineering Limited, Aegon Distribution Limited, Macif Group and Reed Priceman Limited, amongst others, where he continues to influence corporate governance and strategic growth with distinction.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts and has undertaken numerous international executive development programs. He is also an alumnus of the prestigious Georgetown Leadership Seminar, reflecting his global outlook and commitment to lifelong learning.
Outside the corporate realm, Nzan Ogbe is the Founder and Chairman of The Zeebah Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting families of individuals living with autism.
