Omobola Omofaiye is a visionary business leader with extensive experience leading and working with teams across Sub-Saharan Africa and Europe. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Ilorin, Nigeria, and a Global Executive MBA from Manchester Business School, United Kingdom. Her industry experience spans the Power and Energy Management sector, Renewable Energy sector, Telecommunication sector, Financial Service Institutions, and the Oil & Gas sector, respectively.

She has held leadership roles in several blue-chip multinational companies, including Schneider Electric, Somfy, and Vodacom. At Schneider Electric, Omobola was responsible for the end-to-end management of business operations and technical sales of the IT Business in Nigeria and Anglophone West Africa. She was also the Country Head of West and Central Africa for Somfy. In this role, she was responsible for the growth of the regions, business operations, business development, sales, marketing strategies, and activities.

Omobola is passionate about renewable and emerging energy technologies, particularly their potential to enhance the quality of life across Sub-Saharan Africa. Her core strengths include leadership, people management, business operations, and stakeholder relationship management.
